Terms of Service

These Terms will govern use of SwingersEvents. The binding version will be prepared with counsel before launch. The final document will cover, at minimum:
- Eligibility: adults 18+ only, with mandatory age verification before member surfaces.
- Absolute prohibition on commercial sex.No escorting, paid sexual services, or “pay-to-play” arrangements of any kind — on the platform or at listed events. Violations end accounts and events permanently. (Designed to keep the platform outside 18 U.S.C. §2421A.)
- Consent-first conduct rules and enforcement ladder.
- Content ownership, licenses, and takedown processes.
- Event host obligations, ticketing, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Account termination, appeals, and dispute resolution.
