Current status:user media uploads are disabled, so there is no user-posted content to notice yet. Before launch, the platform will register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent’s details here.

Filing a notice (available now)

Email hello@swingersevents.com with subject “DMCA” including: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.

The final policy will document counter-notices and the repeat-infringer account policy.
